OCCP - (ORIENTATION COURSE FOR CATERING PERSONNEL)

This special course has been introduced by DG Shipping keeping in a view about the requirement of the shipping industry with regards to availability of catering screw. It was felt that there is amble scope of employment, for such candidates who have qualified hotel management, in cruise shipping and passenger liners.

18-25 years

Eligibility

The candidate who have completed the Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized and reputed Board or University are eligible to attend the course with 40% or above mark in English in 10th or 12th Standard.

Duration

18 Days.

Medical Fitness

Candidates should be physically fir for sea service under standard norms, with eyesight 6/12 eyes and 6/9 in better eye, 6/18 in other eye, and with no colour blindness.
